North Star did a fantastic job with our roof replacement and skylight replacements from beginning to end! Eric was a pleasure to work with. He has exceptional communication skills. Eric paid close attention to what we wanted to prepare a great project for us. When it came to the proposal, unlike other competitors who proposed projects that didn't follow code, North Star provided a detailed and on-point proposal from the get-go. The team, project manager, and Jeff arrived on time and worked meticulously to complete the project in one day. I appreciate the efforts taken to protect our home and plants from the debris and to clean our yard afterwards. It was thoughtful of Jeff to cover our indoor furniture in preparation for the skylight replacements. We were impressed with North Star providing us with a link to view before, during, and after pictures. Eric followed up with us when the project was completed and did a final sweep through to look for any leftover nails. The only negative we have is the debris in our garage from the roof replacement. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. It's time for us to clean the garage anyways. We'd trust North Star for future home projects!

Very informative and professional throughout the whole process. Also had gutters and downspouts installed same day. Great cleanup as well, didn't find a single nail around the perimeter of the house.

NorthStar did a great job. The work crews were courteous, personable and professional. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and looks great ! In this day of contractors "disappearing" and not communicating for days, weeks, or more at a time ( a pet peeve of mine ! ), Eric was in touch every step of the way - a great experience for sure. I have no qualms about giving these folks a five star thumbs up, would absolutely use them again with no reservations !

It was an emergency, NorthStar Roofing did not hesitate, they came right out! Had a great quote, put tarps on right away, new roof just got installed. Fast, friendly, easy to work with, especially with me, a first time nervous nellie! From Jeff, to Keegan, to the project manager Matt, and the wonderful Renaldo- this team is top notch. Northstar has responded quickly and efficiently to repair both our siding and roofing on two separate occasions, two years apart. Most recently, they came out the same day I called to fix a leak in our roof that was leaking into our family room after a week of non-response from the company that installed the roof which was still under warranty. Another storm was forecasted that night which most likely would have turned the leak into a waterfall. We are very grateful and they will be getting all of our business moving forward.

Great company to work with! Chuck is a great guy. He was here every day overseeing the work. He has the highest standards and his communication was great. Everything was done so quick and it really came out great. Chuck even helped me cover my camper so no debris might have gotten on it during the work. Definitely a stand up guy, and a 5 star company. Would definitely recommend for any roofing, siding, and gutter job you need done.

North Star replaced our roof and siding, and their partner replaced many of our windows. A big change and a big investment, so we are glad we went with North Star. From the start, Chuck moved the process along quickly and relatively painlessly. The work itself went quickly and efficiently, and the team cleaned up well. The house looked great right away. There were a couple of little issues, but Chuck and the team made that stuff right in no time. Definitely a solid team to trust with your house.

We had a new roof, windows, all new siding, and downspouts installed. Their workers were meticulous and very professional. Clean up was great and prices were very reasonable. We didn't realize that we had storm damages. John approached my husband and took a look at our roof and saw did we had a lot of damage. Pretty much after that, I had to did 5% of the leg work in getting my roof replaced. John/North Star met with my insurance agent, handled follow-ups, met with me and explained the whole process. The day of install went perfectly. A full large roof and all the sub replaced in one day! The workers took care of my property and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would say that I would use them again, in 20 years! I fully recommend North Star.
