North star did an awesome job on our house. John had a meeting with me and went over everything. The whole crew did a great job! We have a beautiful new roof. Thanks to them. We can't be thankful enough. Nice clean job, and they did it with the quickness with a ton of guys at once. Replaced damaged supports as well. 👍 I can only give them the best review because that's the job they did.

Northstar has responded quickly and efficiently to repair both our siding and roofing on two separate occasions, two years apart. Most recently, they came out the same day I called to fix a leak in our roof that was leaking into our family room after a week of non-response from the company that installed the roof which was still under warranty. Another storm was forecasted that night which most likely would have turned the leak into a waterfall. We are very grateful and they will be getting all of our business moving forward.

My parents home sustained storm damage and we contracted with Keegan from North Star Roofing. He communicated and guided us throughout every step of the repair process. The workers were considerate, punctual and showed respect to the property... and my parents. They removed all the debris and left the yard as they found it! We highly recommend North Star Roofing. We had a great experience working with North Star to repair our home after storm damage. Eric was super knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the insurance claims process. He was also very responsive and managed the project seamlessly from start to finish ensure our home was repaired as quickly as possible. The work crews were very efficient and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

The crews were amazing and every employee and contractor spoke highly of the company and owner. While the work was being done Eric or Jeff would drive by and stop to check on the progress. We didn't realize that we had storm damages. John approached my husband and took a look at our roof and saw did we had a lot of damage. Pretty much after that, I had to did 5% of the leg work in getting my roof replaced. John/North Star met with my insurance agent, handled follow-ups, met with me and explained the whole process. The day of install went perfectly. A full large roof and all the sub replaced in one day! The workers took care of my property and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would say that I would use them again, in 20 years! I fully recommend North Star.

Chuck was amazing!! He made the whole process of getting our roof replaced so quick and easy. Very professional and personable. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Great company to work with! Chuck is a great guy. He was here every day overseeing the work. He has the highest standards and his communication was great. Everything was done so quick and it really came out great. Chuck even helped me cover my camper so no debris might have gotten on it during the work. Definitely a stand up guy, and a 5 star company. Would definitely recommend for any roofing, siding, and gutter job you need done.

Chuck with North Star was a pleasure to deal with. Answered calls, had lots of knowledge and always had a smile. He came back after all the work was completed to follow up and even double check for left over debris (which there wasn’t any).

North Star roofing was a pleasure to work with! After some recent hail damage, Chuck and Jeff came out evaluated the damage. They worked with me throughout the entire process. We had a new roof, windows, all new siding, and downspouts installed. Their workers were meticulous and very professional. Clean up was great and prices were very reasonable. They helped transform our house in to the home we always imagined.

North Star replaced our roof and siding, and their partner replaced many of our windows. A big change and a big investment, so we are glad we went with North Star. From the start, Chuck moved the process along quickly and relatively painlessly. The work itself went quickly and efficiently, and the team cleaned up well. The house looked great right away. There were a couple of little issues, but Chuck and the team made that stuff right in no time. Definitely a solid team to trust with your house.

John Z. is very attentive and ensures all involved parties are aware of the next steps and when they'll take place. The crew was done in about 8 hours. An impressive operation - front to back. We appreciate the job they did in cleaning up afterward as well as we have a curious dog all over the yard. North Star "walks the walk.". Thanks to the entire team.

North Star Roofing was available and responsive in time when I needed them. The materials and dumpster were delivered as scheduled. Their work was done in time as it was scheduled and planned.

When Keegan and North Star roofing came to replace my roof I was first amazed at the efficiency and cleanliness of the install. They arrived at 8am and got right to work removing old roof and best of all cleaning up as they go!!! Then they began the replacement of new roof They noticed damage on wood below shingles and Keegan immediately ran out to get replacement sheets of plywood All in all a very beautiful job and no.mess for me!! My Dads house had storm damage from the hail and high winds of April 1st. I was looking for a roofing company and came upon Keegan. He took the information and handled all aspects of the claim even dealing with the insurance company adjusters who missed damage. Keegan knows what he is doing and for the roof and siding completely replaced. Dads house looks better than new. Keep Up the good work.

👍These Guys & Gals Are Good🏆 We had a great experience with North Star Roofing from start to finish. We contacted Keegan as our neighbors were getting repaired/replaced roofs and siding from recent hail storm 4/2023. Important Note: your roof may be damaged but not visible from the ground. The damage is not noticable until it's too late, and your shingles start peeling off. Both Keegan and the owner Jeff worked directly with our insurance company and adjuster to get everything approved, priced, and scheduled. The process was effortless; the hardest part was picking the shingles 😉 The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we were pleased with the work with a walk-around. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend North Star to anyone who is interested in replacing their roof, siding, etc.

I never do reviews but I have to in this case. Jon helped us so much with our insurance company. After they refused to take care of the insurance claim Jon just kept fighting them. Insurance work included roofing, skylight, capping and gutters. From time of inspection to completion was less than 30 days and when there was adjustment North Star did it at no cost.
