North Star Roofing was refreshing to work with. They were not pushy and did not treat us like a number. They helped us decide what we wanted and gave awesome suggestions of how we could make our project turn out with the greatest success. They showed up on time, kept us in the loop through the whole process, and amazingly finished in one day. We couldn't even tell they had been there. The workmanship on my roof seems to be great quality. They were very patient dealing with the insurance company and I especially appreciated how there was absolutely no trash left behind. Very neat and tidy. Highly recommend them for any residential roofing needs. Note: The entire roof was replaced including ALL the plywood.

Northstar comes to Luzerne county I had Chuck here yesterday and he was wonderful very personable very wise who else will make you laugh makes you feel comfortable I have social anxiety I felt like I knew chuck my whole life. Even like told me things about my house I didn't know. They also give military discounts they look to save you money their license and insured and they have the same crew for as long as they've been in business. If you really need a roof I recommend Northstar roofing. If you're single lady like myself and you're looking for a good roof at a reasonable price with very professional people that are very personable that'll even make you laugh and give you some knowledge of your home and inspect your roof very thoroughly and explain everything to you even if you don't know anything about a roof like I don't you'll know before they leave. Chuck is very wise. And if you have social anxiety and your little awkward with people they make you feel like they know you they make you feel like you've been their friend their whole life it was a cool experience not only am I getting a roof but it was like enjoyable to have Chuck your going over my house with me and pointing things out with me so I'm aware of these things I am grateful for North Star Chuck and Susie is amazing and they really look out for you. I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. I even received a nice little package after everything was completed, just to thank me again for choosing them. After hearing horror stories from others who have had their roofs replaced, I must admit, I was extremely nervous about the process. But working with their team, it was a breeze! If you're needing your roof replaced, I highly recommend North Star Roofing! Their price is extremely competitive, you have a contact, who actually gets back to you, throughout the whole process, the team was quick and efficient on the day of install, and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor that I've hired to do exterior work on my house! Really appreciated the details and upfront information that was given to us so we knew what was going on at all times. North Star agent came prepared with product swatch samples, and options. He was also able to not only answer questions, documented details on the price quote to be follwed through. Other companies came providing quotes only came with a measuring tape with a flat fee. Only later to become texting sales people offering discounts only if I sign. This company is fantastic! We hired them for siding, and when hiccups popped up (because of our house, not them) they handled it well and gave us really good options. The house looks amazing! While they were doing siding, we asked for a quote for a roof job that was botched by another contractor. They were able to get that scheduled and done for us (RIGHT!), as well. Exceptional service from the the owner, the sales person, and their experienced teams. Really glad we called North Star!

Great experience working with North Star Roofing. From the estimate meeting with Keegan to the crew that did the work, I knew my mother-in-law was in good hands. What was a dilapidated was transformed into a sharp, well-constructed roof. The only complaint I had (from my mother-in-law) was that the crew kept changing arrival times and ended up being delayed. To me, that was a sign of a company in demand, and at no point was I concerned. They came in the afternoon, worked even after sundown, and only had to come back to finish a very small portion of the roof a couple days later because they ran out of materials. All in all, I am thrilled with the result, price, and experience, and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

North Star is really awesome came out inspected my roof gave me an honest quote sat down went over everything with me for at least two hours what needed to be done what was going to be done and kept me informed the whole time did the job in one day like they said took care of everything couldn't ask for a better and more reliable company than North Star roofing very reasonable very caring about their clients everybody else just took pictures said this and that didn't sit down and explain nothing I recommend Northstar roofing for all your needs I know I will use them again in the future they are five star company in my book

North Star did a fantastic job with our roof replacement and skylight replacements from beginning to end! Eric was a pleasure to work with. He has exceptional communication skills. Eric paid close attention to what we wanted to prepare a great project for us. When it came to the proposal, unlike other competitors who proposed projects that didn't follow code, North Star provided a detailed and on-point proposal from the get-go. The team, project manager, and Jeff arrived on time and worked meticulously to complete the project in one day. I appreciate the efforts taken to protect our home and plants from the debris and to clean our yard afterwards. It was thoughtful of Jeff to cover our indoor furniture in preparation for the skylight replacements. We were impressed with North Star providing us with a link to view before, during, and after pictures. Eric followed up with us when the project was completed and did a final sweep through to look for any leftover nails. The only negative we have is the debris in our garage from the roof replacement. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. It's time for us to clean the garage anyways. We'd trust North Star for future home projects!
