North Star Roofing deserves 100 stars and honestly, that still doesn’t feel like enough! Jeff, the owner, is as genuine and hands-on as they come. Honest, fair, and just an all-around great guy. His crew transformed our home in ways we didn’t even know were possible. They replaced our roof, tore down old brick, installed gorgeous new siding, added porticos, and created a stunning new walkway, porch, and side steps with stamped concrete. Total home glow-up! A huge shoutout to Jesus and his team, absolute rock stars. The custom work they did went way beyond standard siding. Their craftsmanship blew us away, and you can tell they take serious pride in every single detail. By the end of the project, we genuinely felt like we’d made new friends. The whole team was not just insanely skilled, but kind, respectful, fun, and an absolute pleasure to have around. If you’re thinking about hiring North Star Roofing - do it. For roofing, siding, porticos, concrete work, and pretty much anything that can make your home look incredible… they do it all, and they do it exceptionally well!

This company is fantastic! We hired them for siding, and when hiccups popped up (because of our house, not them) they handled it well and gave us really good options. The house looks amazing! While they were doing siding, we asked for a quote for a roof job that was botched by another contractor. They were able to get that scheduled and done for us (RIGHT!), as well. Exceptional service from the the owner, the sales person, and their experienced teams. Really glad we called North Star!

The crew at Northstar Roofing is incredible. Not only are their prices fair, the quality of material and work they put into their jobs is unmatched. Great experience working with North Star Roofing. From the estimate meeting with Keegan to the crew that did the work, I knew my mother-in-law was in good hands. What was a dilapidated was transformed into a sharp, well-constructed roof. The only complaint I had (from my mother-in-law) was that the crew kept changing arrival times and ended up being delayed. To me, that was a sign of a company in demand, and at no point was I concerned. They came in the afternoon, worked even after sundown, and only had to come back to finish a very small portion of the roof a couple days later because they ran out of materials. All in all, I am thrilled with the result, price, and experience, and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

North Star is really awesome came out inspected my roof gave me an honest quote sat down went over everything with me for at least two hours what needed to be done what was going to be done and kept me informed the whole time did the job in one day like they said took care of everything couldn't ask for a better and more reliable company than North Star roofing very reasonable very caring about their clients everybody else just took pictures said this and that didn't sit down and explain nothing I recommend Northstar roofing for all your needs I know I will use them again in the future they are five star company in my book

North Star did a fantastic job with our roof replacement and skylight replacements from beginning to end! Eric was a pleasure to work with. He has exceptional communication skills. Eric paid close attention to what we wanted to prepare a great project for us. When it came to the proposal, unlike other competitors who proposed projects that didn't follow code, North Star provided a detailed and on-point proposal from the get-go. The team, project manager, and Jeff arrived on time and worked meticulously to complete the project in one day. I appreciate the efforts taken to protect our home and plants from the debris and to clean our yard afterwards. It was thoughtful of Jeff to cover our indoor furniture in preparation for the skylight replacements. We were impressed with North Star providing us with a link to view before, during, and after pictures. Eric followed up with us when the project was completed and did a final sweep through to look for any leftover nails. The only negative we have is the debris in our garage from the roof replacement. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. It's time for us to clean the garage anyways. We'd trust North Star for future home projects!

In this day of contractors "disappearing" and not communicating for days, weeks, or more at a time ( a pet peeve of mine ! ), Eric was in touch every step of the way - a great experience for sure. I have no qualms about giving these folks a five star thumbs up, would absolutely use them again with no reservations !

It was an emergency, NorthStar Roofing did not hesitate, they came right out! Had a great quote, put tarps on right away, new roof just got installed. Northstar has responded quickly and efficiently to repair both our siding and roofing on two separate occasions, two years apart. Most recently, they came out the same day I called to fix a leak in our roof that was leaking into our family room after a week of non-response from the company that installed the roof which was still under warranty. Another storm was forecasted that night which most likely would have turned the leak into a waterfall. We are very grateful and they will be getting all of our business moving forward.

He was also very responsive and managed the project seamlessly from start to finish ensure our home was repaired as quickly as possible. North Star Roofing did an amazing job with the siding installation on our home. We are very happy with the finished product. Jon Toppi, our Project Manager, ensured the process went smoothly from start to finish and was there every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, professional and available to answer any and all questions.

We didn't realize that we had storm damages. John approached my husband and took a look at our roof and saw did we had a lot of damage. Pretty much after that, I had to did 5% of the leg work in getting my roof replaced. John/North Star met with my insurance agent, handled follow-ups, met with me and explained the whole process. The day of install went perfectly. A full large roof and all the sub replaced in one day! The workers took care of my property and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would say that I would use them again, in 20 years! I fully recommend North Star.

Chuck with North Star was a pleasure to deal with. Answered calls, had lots of knowledge and always had a smile. He came back after all the work was completed to follow up and even double check for left over debris (which there wasn’t any).
