North Star recently did my roof, soffit fascia and gutters and I was thrilled with their expertise and professionalism. They stand behind their work and bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy.The owner is very hands on and you can tell they have such a high level of experience in construction.We are so happy we found North Star!!

Jason answered any questions I had as the project was approaching and on the day itself. And they brought enough men that the whole roof was replaced in one day! They also had to deal with the added complication of solar panels

Part of why we chose North Star was due to Google reviews, so I'll add another. We had a great experience getting our gutters replaced. Eric handled our initial consult which was professional and low pressure. No slimy sales tactics. We scheduled our gutters to be replaced, fascia capped, and part of a damaged roof be repaired. The crews that came out were professional, FAST, and the work looks great. Highly recommend!

We had a roof that was original to the house, 23 years old. I probably could have waited another year or two, but Roof Star came out after I called them and came back with a very good quote to put on a new roof. A date was set, dumpster was dropped off, but mother nature had other plans. It pored for three hours that day. North Star was there the very next day, they started at 7 am, and were finished by 1:30 pm. Cleaned up and gone. I was given a quote for my roof from another company, who came in at $43 thousand dollars. North Star was more than half that. North Star Roofing was amazing and I am so happy I went with them over the 3 other roofing companies who came and gave me quotes. Jeff was great from the very beginning. Unfortunately, a new roof was not in my plans when purchasing a new house. Jeff helped make a really bad situation much better. He came out right away, did a very thorough inspection of my roof and attic. He was able to see things that my inspector and other roofing companies missed instantly. It was obvious I needed a new roof quickly as I was seeing water damage on the ceilings in multiple rooms every time it rained. Jeff and his team were able to get me on the books quickly to help prevent further damage to my new home. He handled all permits with the county and went above and beyond in personally calling my HOA to stress the importance of the quick turn around needed. Anyone who has lived in an HOA before knows how tedious the process can be getting requests approved quickly. Jeff could tell that I was very stressed from my situation and went above and beyond and graciously handled all the important details for me. His team showed up Saturday morning bright and early and got to work! I was very impressed with the tarp job they did to assure no damage was done to the house. Multiple times I saw his guys cleaning up and grass and using a magnetic tool to assure no nails were left behind. This was important as I have small kids. The quote was beyond fair as the other companies were leaving prices out that they would charge me for at the end, such as sheets of wood and certain material that my HOA requires. I was given real prices with no surprises. My new roof looks beautiful! I can not recommend North Star Roofing enough to people! Thank you for helping me and supporting me through this process!

Attention to quality during installation, all crew members were polite, took time to properly explain installation process and options. Billing was clear and easy to follow. Cleaned up site well.

Rained out on the day scheduled, they were back the very next day.It was rough getting up a 6:30 am,they were here at 7 am. Finished at 1 pm.. The crew were very respectful, even waved back at my 3 year old grandson.

We had a new standing seam metal roof installed along with new gutters and a chimney refacing. Aside from a few minor issues that were promptly addressed, the new roof is beautiful and the work was completely professionally and per schedule. The new roof has already been through several rounds of severe weather with no issues! One thing I suggest for new customers, be sure to use the North Star online roof cost estimator. The quote given by the salesperson was way over the online estimated cost. In the end, North Star honored the online quote. It was a pleasure working with Chuck Hawley during the course of the project.

Everyone from our amazing sales associate, Kyle , who I can't say enough about to every single one of the workers , to the owner Jeff is professional, conscientious, hard working and dedicated. Chuck Hawley was sent to my house to give an estimate. He was absolutely wonderful. He did a through inspection of my roof. Explained in detail what would be recommended. Sent me three different estimates. Did not force me to pick one over the other. We discussed all of my options and I made the decision of what would be best for my house and my budget. 10 stars. We did our full roof replacement with North Star. They did a great job and addressed the problem area we had concerns with. We have a complicated roof with lots of corners and roof running into siding and a steep incline. We were having severe ice damming and our neighbors with similar roofs had leaks in the same area. The team came and finished it in one day and put a different material on the problem area instead of shingles. They back their work and have expertise in the field, which was what mattered the most to us. We received the warranty from the GAF manufacturer and passed the inspection, so we feel confident that the work was done right

It seemed like quite a daunting process with all the roofing companies out there to choose from. We saw all the great reviews that North Star had received and decided to give them a call. Eric came out to meet with us and did a fantastic job of explaining all of the options to us and the pros and cons of everything. He immediately put us at ease with the whole process and timeline for getting the work done. The price was good and comparable to what we had heard from friends and others who also had roofing work done over the last few years. We decided to go with North Star and also had the gutters and fascia boards done in addition to the roof. Each crew did an excellent job from start to finish - they came on time, were extremely efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up all the materials after the job was done.
